About the Role
We're looking for an energetic new team member to keep our CEO and Executive team well supported, making sure nothing falls through the cracks as we move our novel portfolio forward.
The role is a dynamic position that will include executive support (calendars, travel, logistics), support with our investor relations (IR) activities, and help across a diverse set of activities such as communications, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives, GDPR and human resources (HR). You'll work directly with the CEO and executive team, see from the inside how a biotech company is built and financed, and own real work from your first week.
Key Activities
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO's calendar, travel, and correspondence
- Coordinate scheduling across a team spread over several countries and time zones
- Provide administrative support to members of the Executive team
- Prepare agendas, materials, and logistics for board meetings and investor calls
Investor Relations
- Maintain archiving structure and data room contents and access
- Keep track of business development / investor relations discussions and presentations
Other
- Maintain the Company’s templates and boilerplates across all forms of media
- Help prepare materials for conferences, investor meetings, and partnering discussions
- Maintain GDPR framework; ensure that processes are compliant
- Provide HR support (recruitment, onboarding)
- Coordinate social activities and team-building for the company

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 3+ years as an executive assistant, ideally supporting a C-suite executive or senior level executive
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Great communication skills; collaborative team player
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable with standard productivity and collaboration tools
- Discretion and professionalism with sensitive or confidential information
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in scientific field of study
- Experience in biotech, pharma, or another regulated, science-driven industry
- Experience with corporate communications, press materials, or general communications
- Experience supporting fundraising (data rooms, investor communications, board reporting)
- Working proficiency in Danish; other languages are a bonus
